Scope
This policy covers subscription billing disputes and refund requests for ElectraCalcIQ services.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account billing date, usage, and the circumstances of the request. Requests submitted within 7 days of a charge are given priority consideration.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@electracalciq.com with your organization name, the invoice period in question, and a brief description of the issue.
Response Time
We target an initial response within one business day. Final resolution timing depends on issue complexity and any payment provider review requirements.
